All our miniatures are 3D printed in resin with the highest standards of care and attention to quality. Though we take every pride in our product, there may be blemishes where supports have been removed, such is the nature of 3d printing. These can be removed easily with some high grit sandpaper. All minis may require gluing to the base, and will require priming and painting.

Items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 in most cases, please contact us if you wish to use an alternative service
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days after delivery of the item. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item.
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
- Item had defects.
- Over delivery time.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped and undamaged.
