Darkmoon 3D is an authorized seller of all listed designs. We use high-quality 14k resin and top-tier resin printers with a 0.3mm layer height to ensure exceptional detail in our prints. While our miniatures are produced to a very high standard, the nature of 3D printing means that some intricate details may not be fully replicated in the raw print. Adding painted details will help bring out the full depth and character of your miniature.

All support material is carefully removed, and sanding is performed as needed to ensure your miniature is ready for priming and painting. While we strive for the highest level of quality, some minor touch-ups may still be required. We take great care in our finishing process, but as with any 3D prints, occasional imperfections may occur.

Models are not primed - They will require a coat of primer before painting for best results. Darkmoon fully recommend Army Painter Warpaint acrylics for value, ease of use and consistency. If you would like any specific painting tips, we are more than happy to offer advice. If a base is included with the model, it's entirely down to you if you would like to glue the base before or after painting. Bear in mind you will have two layers of paint between the glue if you pre-paint. 

DELIVERY - We use Royal Mail 48 as standard. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days, however, we do get the occasional failed print which can set us back. You will be informed of any delays.
